As a young kid, he nurtured his artistic skills and enjoyed drawing buildings of varied shapes and proportions. Being so much in love with these buildings, he longed for them to be real and becoming an Architect was the first step that he took towards turning his dream into a reality. Having proved his mettle designing architectural structures including institutional, residential, commercial, religious establishments and large scale townships in India and abroad, he founded Darvish Architects, an architectural firm based in Calicut. 

His firm gives paramount importance to functional, creative and contextual design solutions while remaining environmentally sensitive and responsible. The prestigious clientele of Darvish Architects include the Cultural Centre within Markaz Knowledge City, Tigris Valley Wellness Centre, KBA Hotel at Manipal, Chillgrove Resort Villas, Corniche Clinics, Kawarati Smart City, Malpe Beach Developments-Govt. of Karnataka, various high-end residences and many more. 

In a career spanning two and a half decades as an Architect, he succeeded in creating spaces that are more than just walls and ceiling…spaces that articulate as well as emote…and some of them are in fact excellent works of art, some are iconic and monumental structures capable of etching his name in the annals of Architecture.
